I was born in MargateEngland and moved to the U.S in 1957.  Growing up in Queens, NY, I fell in love with the local radio scene.  Through listening to the great DJs like Murray the K on radio station WINS, the “Good Guys” on WMCA, and later, Gus Gossert on WPIX,  I learned to love the music we now affectionately refer to as “Doo Wop”.

In 1976, I moved to the Mile High City of Denver, Colorado, and though I sometimes miss the ocean and a slice of New York Pizza, I love the mountains and the overall quality of life here.  I worked for the Social Security Administration for 26 years, where my career took me on a number of paths - Benefits Authorizer, Congressional Liaison, EEO Specialist and Policy Analyst.  Of course, the most exciting thing about my government experience was meeting Nancy, my lovely wife.  I am currently semi-retired, after experiencing a variety of post-government work experiences, which most recently included that of a Payroll Specialist.

DJ'ing has always fascinated me, and I am grateful to now have a regular gig on the Doo Wop Café.  I love playing the great tunes we all grew up with, and am thrilled whenever I get positive feedback from others who enjoy the music as much as I do.
